March 7-8, 2007, Representatives from SYH, the Jessica Clinton Mitral Valve Prolapse Foundation and Cardiac Science travel to Tallahassee and meet with State Senators, Senior Policy Advisors and others to discuss the need for AEDs in ALL Florida schools and necessary funding to provide at least one (1) AED to each school.

February 13, 2007, S.T.A.R.S. of West Orange (Supplies To Assist OuR Students) Luncheon. SYH will have a table with information, AED demonstration and drawing where attendees will have the opportunity to win an automated external defibrillator (includes carrying case, wall mount storage case with strobe light alarm, ready kit, 3-D wall sign and “THIS FACILITY IS EQUIPPED WITH AED” decal) for their school.  Only the schools that do not currently have an AED in place are eligible to win.
